I ordered a toner cartage and when it arrived most of the toner had managed to come out of the cartridge, and end up all over the inside of the box and all over my clothing when one opened the box. Toner does not come out of clothing easy. When I called them I was told that the would ship out the new one but they did not replace defective cartridge, and if they sent one out to me I would have to pay the return postage on a defective cartridge, or they would charge my credit card for the second one sent out.
