I moved in West Apartments back in August 2010, when I came to fill out the application I gave them a money order for the app fee and the security deposit which was 10.00 and 99.00. I got approved for the apartment and was told that I would have to pay a pro rated rent which was 199.38 and my first months rent (I was told this would also be my security deposit).
