In December of 2008 we were informed we qualified for a loan modification with Homecomings. They said they would send the papers to be signed and told me we did not need to send a payment until February 1, 2009 that is when our first modification payment was due. We had not received the papers so I called back to see what was going on and they said that they had sent them.
