I called to get service on my washer Sunday and the service person said someone will come out the following Thursday. I was told that I would be notified the night before of a time frame. Wednesday night came and I did not receive a call so I called Sears. I talked to four people and each said I never called to get service, but that someone could come out Friday of the following week.
