On February 23rd I recieved a letter stating that my directTV account was past due. Since I had canceled my account, after the full 24 months of service, and sent back the receivers that were required of me I called Direct TV and stated that I should NOT be billed for them. I was informed by their agent (Jeycee) that the receivers had arrived on February 9th and that I would not be billed for them.
