My college-age daughter has an online account with Citizens. Their new charge of $4.99 per month when she dosn't use the account 5 times each month (she only used it 4 this last month) is absolutely nuts. I know they almost went under last summer - but the Scottish head wouldn't let the bank get taken over. Looks like they are on the edge - and it's time to get out. read full review »
