I had this for about 2 weeks, first; you have to keep your computer on all the time, unless you are just using it for long distance calls. Second:the quality is not that great, I kept feeling like I was talking in a tunnel. third: if your cable is off so is your home service. I sent it back for just those reasons, they promised to pay the shipping and they diod not, I aksied them to delete my service and they didn't I kept getting alerts to phone messages, and I meant I kept getting them for about 6 months my phone number and... read full review »
