When Santander took over Citi Financial Auto I have been overcharged for payments I have already made (over $1, 3000), They now have attempted to repo my truck and have said I still owe more money. Who do we go to for this illegal treatment. I am paying off the truck (The inflated amount that is more than my Citi Fiancial Auto Contract), then I plan to fight them. I do not know another way to keep them from taking my vehicle. They said if I pay them they will send the title and stop the repo. This is completely illegal this company is out... read full review »
