My name is Hicham Rhenja, and I have been a loyal Cox customer for at least 8 years. In May of 2010, I discontinued my Cox account due to an out of State relocation, and my final balance was paid in full and all the equipment was returned. On February of 2010, I suddenly discovered a collection from Cox for 237 Dollars upon reviewing my credit report. I immediately paid the balance although I was never notified about it.
