Purchased the Maytag Maxima Washer/Dryer from Home Depot on 1/19/11. On 2/28/11, the dryer stopped working. Repair came out on 3/2, said that they had to order a part. On 3/7, I found out that the part required to fix the problem wasn't available and I'd have to contact Maytag. On 3/8, the rudest customer service person from Maytag called me back (several hours after the promised 24 hours call back time), and told me that they would send out another dryer in "7-14 business days."
