After a week of no shipment notification, I emailed an inquiry about my order. Three days later and still no response. In the meantime, I called customer service and the lady lied to me and said that my order had shipped that morning but didn't have tracking information yet. The website still shows my order status as "to be shipped". There is nothing I hate more than bad customer service. read full review »
