HBSC is a totally disreputable institution. I have an HBSC Best Buy Credit card with 18 months no interest program. First they added credit protection without my authorization which cost more monthly than the interest on the outstanding balance. My minimum payment was $20 per month and I paid $25 per month on the same day every month. HBSC rolls the pay by payment dates based on when they get the last payment so if you select automatic billing you will naturally get out of sequence with your payments allowing them to charge you a late fee with... read full review »
