Platinum Parking is contracted by my apartment managment to monitor our parking lot. They have recently issued a false ticket to one of my guests; rather than cooperating to have the matter resolved they revert to quoting policy, circumventing the details of the ticket and have proceeded to lecture me on conscientious parking practices. Our lot has over 250 spaces, less than 75% are currently occupied and only 4 are designated for visitors.
