I bought a car in Oct 2008 & financed through HSBC. In March 2010 I found out that my loan had been sold to Santander. This company has some of the worst customer service and policies I've ever experienced. Once they get a phone#, they constantly are calling you to harass you about payment. If you try to call them back, you cannot talk to a live person...so they never know that you have attempted to contact them.
