Sales reps called numerous times trying to start service for us. We refused many times - finally we were convinced with the caveat that should anything go wrong with our home situation and we'd have to move out of our home, we would be able to terminate the contract and not be held liable for it. During the very same time that the service was installed - I learned that I would be losing my job and my life basically turned upside-down.
