Tried to register on Santander's site to monitor my payments and balance, but says that my email is already on file.. but I never registered.. Every time I call them they give me an excuse of why I cannot give me my login information, understandably, but instead state that they will reset my password. I never receive that password through my email. Then the bank started deducting my car payments out of my retired mother's bank account (no idea how they got her information since she has never done business with them), at the same time... read full review »
