Colonial Ford / New car sales

Made a deal on a new car with one of their salesmen that I was very pleased with (the car, the deal, and the salesman). Go back to take delivery of the car less than a week later and I get sent in to see the business manager who is the complete opposite of the salesman I worked with. This guy tried every trick in the book to try to get me to pay extra for everything from extended warranties to rust proofing, to "key care" (whatever the heck that is?). AT&T Landline/Long Distance

After doing business with AT&T at my current address for over 15 years (landline, long distance, DSL internet) and seeing the bill escalate from about $60/month to over $90/month in the past few years, I decided to make some changes. Decided to switch to cable internet and bundled with my current cable TV package (Comcast), and then use Vonage for VOIP phone - this seemed to be the most economical alternative even after all of the promo rates expired.
