Just my opinion, based on recent experiences, but I joined Match.com about 2.5 months ago (the first time I ever paid for an internet dating service) and I feel very strongly that Match.com is generating its own user profiles to give the appearance that there are many others using their site. You wouldn't believe the number of profiles that match with me that suddenly disappear overnight and then new ones miraculously appear the next day and then vanish again.
