We have had a lot of trouble with Chase trying to get our home loan modified. Our first attempt was in May 2009. We received documents for the Modification but they had my name and another man's name which was NOT my husband's. We waited for months for new documents to come as they said they would fix them and resend. We never received any. I called and was told our information was out of date and that we need to resubmit everything. So we did. We resubmitted all of our documentation 3 more times.
