I was a customer for 8 months with Dish. I am very busy, so they have a forum on there website to contact customer service via email. I emailed customer service with the simple question " Am I being charged for a HD Dvr even though I have no HD and never requested a HD Dvr". Waited for 2 weeks with no answer, so I resubmitted an email to customer service and again, no answer 2 weeks later.
