This place is an all around pit of inadequacy. They advertise that they offer video and photo high speed downloading. This could not be further from the truth. They allow a small amount of downloading capacity per day under the Fair Access Policy. This does not support even small things like Facebook. You cannot use the internet for much of anything. You cannot look at videos AT ALL. On top of this, once you are an existing customer, you will not be able to talk to anyone who speaks English as a first language.
