This man is an animal abuser. He tied rubberbands around a beautiful long coat black and tan dapple Miniature Dachshund's muzzle. He never took care of the wounds nor took that dog to the veterinarian. He let that poor dog suffer with lots of pain and agony. He is not sorry for what he did.
