If UPS fails to find someone available to sign for a packege, they leave a "InfoNotice" to let you know when they will make annother attempt to deliver. I do not know why they bother. They give a time "window" that is an "estimate" of when they will be there. BS, it means some time that day, maybe! The window is 4hours, that should be adiquate, you would think so. NOT SO!
