I supposedly have high speed internet, not only is it not high speed, it freezes up all the time. When I try to go to a webpage like Best Buy, it takes me to Best Buy in Turkey! Yesterday I tried to go to OnStar website and it took me to OnStar in Asia with writing I couldn't understand. After about 1 1/2 hours on the phone with Apple they determined that Verizon is somehow routing my internet service through Asia. Why, I don't know. I haven't had the time to get on the phone with them yet, but if you can avoid Verizon internet, do so. Trust me. You will be sorry. read full review »
