Florence from Kumasi, Ghana . this site has the worst customer service reps I have ever dealt with in my life. I order 3 wedding dresses December 2010 and now its 16 march 2011. still no dress and to refund. each day I contact the customer service I'm told something different. its like I'm talking to a different person each time and they have no record of my complains.
