I called to order new service and after being on the phone for over an hour and giving a 250.00 deposit on my credit card, I was told that my order failed and would have to be reentered. I was told that the charge did not go through by Ms Pittman, when I called my bank the charge does appear. I called back the next day to see how I could get my money back and was transfered between the Financial Service and Customer Service Department for over two hours.
