I had purchased a bundle deal that was for 2 years. When it expires they don't let you know until your bill comes and it is $60-$70 higher than the previous bill. I talk to someone at Time Warner and he tells me to pay $158 of the $202 bill and we (TWC) will catch it up later after I signed up for a new package. Ok I do this and on my next bill it says $43.20 DUE NOW. I call again and was told this is Ok it will be adjusted. Now my next bill has a $7 late fee attached to it.
