Airtel discontinued mobile connection while I was away on business trip. Although the phone was not used for one year, all dues were paid and a reserve prepaid balance of Rs 500 was kept to keep connection active. The service provider never communicated at the time of life-time service membership promotion that the plan was conditional for non-use for anyperiod of time.
