I ordered books from this company. I needed the books immediately, because I already had written assignments that were going to be due based on the reading. I ordered my books using this site. I paid extra to have them shipped overnight. My books never arrived. However, they automatically charged me for the books even though I never got them. Their customer service takes forever to respond to emails and phone messages. In the end, they gave me a refund, but I was screwed. I needed those books for my classes.
