After being so close to passing my Network+ test getting a 652 out of 720 and failing because of old material. I thought I'd give preplogic a try so I bought there mega guide, after getting a phone call and thought I'd try there online deal for 30 days and wanted to cancel it. Gave them a call the representative was rude and did not like the tone or email she gave me about trying to cancel, they said I couldn't and gave me a email for my social security number to "help them on there billing".
