I am waiting for a return on unauthorized charges for the People Search. I am currently on hold on the telephone and cannot reach anyone. If this continues I will have to contact the Attorney Generals Office in my state. As I'm holding I am reading all the other complaints from very unsatisfied customers. Is this one of the companies my tax dollars is bailing out? I hope not.
