Direct TV is the most unreasonable company that I have ever dealt with. I signed up for Direct TV a few months ago. When I called I asked for HD and the works which was all free with a new customer. When the man came to install the system, I was informed that the order did not request HD and I told him that I had requested it. I would be purchasing a new Hd tv within the next few months and I wanted to get it now.
