What a horrible company to work for. I worked for Cox Communications' technical support team for a year and a half. They recently hired a new director who knew NOTHING about technology. Then, to add a few more zeros to the end of her salary she took on another call center located in omaha and laid us all off. The supervisors who were in charge of us were horrible.
