Ordered once then didn't need any more at that time. Later got a postcard offering "new Flexible ordering". I ordered the first special then noticed that besides the special they had also charged me another $37.95 for a package that later arrived-sent to a previous address. When I called the company, I was told that I could order what I wanted, but I would still get regular shipments. I quoted the postcard but was given the impression that I was mistaken.
