Never hire or pay Joe Bradly of Santa Monica for a back-round check or any of his private investigating services. He is a fraud. This is a scam. He took my deposit and disppeared. He never returns phone calls. He never produced any kind of reports (back round check). He gives lip service and does not do any work. His address is a P.O.
