First call... I wound up hanging up on the person because she hardly spoke English and was asking questions that had nothing to do with what I wanted. After noticing AOL wasn't cancelled on my next visa bill, I had my husband call. This person kept him on the phone for 20 minutes trying to get us not to cancel offering us all kinds of "perks."
