We signed up in December for the program. This is the first of April and we have paid monthly fees of $39 for a ryder with extra services. We cancelled another policy to take this one out to supplement our Medicare part A and B. We are now told that we never called to confirm the policy and both my wife and I called together so now we have no supplemetal insurance and they cashed the checks for the additional insurance.
