I provide advise to a friend who is doing ministry in Haiti. He taps into the wifi at the church where he serves. Suddenly today he could not get into his email (yahoo.co.in). He put in the password, and up pops a Hughesnet window stating he has to pay their fee. His happened with both yahoo.co.in and yahoo.com. He never heard of Hughesnet. I saw his screen using Teamviewer (his internet worked on and off and this was blocking only his Yahoo email). I don't understand how this is even possible, so I can't advise. Ever heard of this??
