HughesNet customer service is the most horrendous I have ever experienced. It took me 3 weeks to get a technician to come to my home to do the install. when he finally showed up, he was unprepared, and he told me I had to remove trees before he could do any work. I dropped 6 trees which luckily only cost me about $600. upon completions it took 2 more weeks to get the same technician back to my house. upon his arrival, he installed the dish and router, but when he tried to configure the system he could not get it to work... read full review »
