A client in Canada had to send us a check for services. He went to his bank and got all of the information he needed from me to send money direct from his bank to my local Bank of America. Apparently the "name" they asked for wasn't the contact name, but the business name and the wire didn't go through. Bank of America immediately took $40 from the transaction. No wonder they make so much money when hitting up small businesses with frivolous fees for poor instruction. read full review »
