Ordered this phone and it came missing the SD card. When phone shipped I got an email, saying if there are problems call 888-863-8768 OR to email. Tried phone number in order email, no options in their phone tree for incomplete orders; kept pushing numbers until I got a real person who told me that she had nothing to do with incomplete orders, told me to go to www.metropcs.com/service, took my info and said that someone would call me.
