First I called Century Link who suggested Direct TV, during the first call Direct said so much a month for 1 year contract. The 3 months later they raised the box lease fee $ 2.00 per box. When I called they said there was no contract just an agreement about the monthly amount. Today I hade no signal on my TV, when I called they tried to fix the problem but said they could not so they would sent a service person and it would cost $ 49.95.
