I would like to bring to you attention that I bought a new Airtel SIM number/card (9963335173) today morning (March 25, 2010) . I was told that it would be activated after few hours. I put in the sim card for the first time at around 2:30 PM and within 15 minutes I received an sms saying "Your subscription to Airtel Friend Locator has been renewed. You have been charged Rs 10 for 10 days".
