Far and away the worst customer service I've ever experienced! I got a defective product (portable sauna, supposed to reach 149 degrees F, only got to apx. 118), and I spent nearly 3 months going around with them trying to get it replaced. My calls & emails were routinely not returned, and when I tried to escalate my complaint to the supervior level after 8 wks, the sup kicked it back to the same guy I'd already been dealing with!
