After months of harrassment by them getting me to try out their training products on a 30 day trial I succumbed. However they refused to accept that I cancelled using their tickeing system even though I sent them a screen shot and sent a mail to the sales representitive saying that I sent a ticket to cancel but have had no response. My credit card company is dealing with this now. I am very dissapointed with this company. They must be desperate enough to do this and I hope a class action is made against them soon to stop them... read full review »
