I bought a Straight Talk phone and first month service online. ST walked me through 2 "tries" to set up my ST phone, telling me it would take a little time for the computers to finish setting up my ST service, and for me to try my phone later and that everything was all set. The third time I called they told me that I owed AT&T money and that the money I paid went to AT&T and that I would have to pay ST again to set up the ST phone.
