Hydroxatone falsely advertised a free to first 100 customers ad on cable TV in November 2010 that would reduce lines and wrinkles, puffiness under eyes and in corners for S&H of $7.95 charged to my credit card. I did not have wrinkles, just puffiness. Try it for 30 days and cancel if not satisfied. It never worked. It lightened my skin under my eyes, but caused itching and lines. Puffiness still the same.
