sir This is d second time i'l submit here a complaint about Airtel's balance deduction. I am using theri GPRS pack occationally. Yesterday and day before yesterday they deducted Rs.10 by two times, telling that i was downloaded one of their games. Dear sir i wil'nt download any of their game and i dnt got that. When i was called their customer care they spoke very rudely and lazyly. Kindly make the arrangements to solve this problem sir and also tell them 2 give me the refund.
