I signed up for one month of Match.com dating service and paid the higher rate of $39.99 for one month. I even checked the box do no resubscribe. I emailed them a couple of days before my ending date of 3/14/11 and told them I did not want to sign on again. I got a email dtd. 3/17/11 telling me they were sorry that I was leaving, but still they charged my account. I did not use my CC but my debit card, which caused by account to be overdrawn. I received the $39.99 back but not the overdraft fee of $35.00. I tried to negoiate and ask for 1 month free datomg service, they declined.
