Purchased Kenmore Washer in 2008-- Model 11029822800--Serial CW 4840226 Did not purchase the warrantee The cost for the service call from SEARS was costly I decided to go with an outside vendor Order the timer Still Washer did not work. The cost to fix the washer was $200.00. Third time needed to fix timer and pay for service calls. Decided to by a Speed Queen w/3year warrantee on everything. Tried to call to complaint Could not get anyone that would understand Said nothing they could do since another vendor fixed the washer. SEARS should reimburse me some of cost of the washer that I purchased since it only last 3 years. Please advise read full review »
